We also offer an exclusive tenant finding only service for those landlords who prefer to self-manage their properties.

If you are a landlord living overseas then you are required to register with HM Revenue & Customs as a non-resident landlord in the UK, for more information click here. When you register you will be required to provide our agency reference number. This can be obtained from your portfolio manager.
