Overseas Landlords

If you are a landlord living overseas then you are required to register with HM Revenue & Customs as a non-resident landlord in the UK, for more information click here. To register simply click here to dowload the appropriate documents. On completing the documents you will be required to provide our agency reference number. This can be obtained from your portfolio manager.
